Upgrading from HubSpot to Salesforce

The Monterey Company is a custom promotional product manufacturer out of Bend, OR. Recently, Monterey contracted with Artichoke Consulting to implement a fresh instance of Salesforce to upgrade from their current CRM, HubSpot.

The goal in moving to Salesforce was to build out a foundational CRM for the sales team with a system that can and will grow and change as the company grows. After the initial project to lift-and-shift core CRM functionality to Salesforce, Monterey has looked to add improved dashboarding, customer live chat and sms, and streamlined quoting to improve both the sales team and end customer experience. Improved email marketing is also on the horizon.

Now that Monterey is on their forever CRM, the team can also look for other operational efficiencies such as streamlining quoting with customers and integrating order data with the accounting system for improved quote-to-cash processes.

We will continue this blog series with a deep dive on the implementation process and the process to migrate data from HubSpot to Salesforce for go-live.
