PROCESS

With Artichoke’s Enablement implementation methodology, your Salesforce implementation will be well understood and foundational. Here are details of the Enablement process and how we help you tackle what’s next.

THE BASE DISCOVERY AND ROADMAPPING

We begin with discovery, our chance to find out everything we need to align Salesforce solutions directly to our client’s specific business goals.
Discovery sessions cover the items required to fill our development toolkit with ideas and insights from end-users, including current state processes and systems, business overview, company language and lingo, workarounds and pain points, and future state goals.
We document discovery sessions in granular detail. This documentation provides a 360-degree understanding of what’s working, what isn’t, and where we want to go from here.
Equipped with this level of detail, the Artichoke team is ready to make Salesforce development decisions to improve processes for end users, management, and other stakeholders. We provide a road map out of discovery, and work with management to build scope and budget consensus for next steps.

THE HEART BUILD & DEMO

After discovery and roadmapping, we shift focus to a Salesforce prototype
To build a process prototype in Salesforce, we:
  1. Translate essential existing processes into Salesforce
  2. Consolidate relevant disparate processes into the Salesforce workflow
  3. Integrate workflows with third-party systems
  4. Leverage standard Salesforce functionality where possible
  5. Customize where standard Salesforce falls short
After each prototype is built we host a live demo and invite end-users to log in for a test run. We confirm the prototype addresses their needs and is intuitive and easy to use. Our deep understanding of their role (from discovery) allows us to have a very detailed conversation. Any feedback from the demo is quickly addressed and the solution is kept up-to-date.

THE BLOOM GO-LIVE AND USER ADOPTION

Our go-live and user adoption approach is unique among Salesforce implementation partners. We leverage our background in teaching and training to ensure end users of varying technical savvy are prepared for day one. Here’s an outline of our training process.
  1. Provide a test environment for end users to become familiar with their job tasks in Salesforce
  2. Share a role-based user training guide that includes a detailed side-by-side view of pre-Salesforce processes, and the new Salesforce solution.
  3. Partner with stakeholders and management to facilitate a roll out that is tracked and moves at a reasonable pace
  4. Hold training sessions as required
When all end users and stakeholders are comfortable with the new Salesforce functionality, we are ready for a fun, foundational, and pain-free go-live.
After go-live we review the following and look towards what is next for the business:
  1. Incorporate learnings—what went well and what didn’t?
  2. Review ROI metrics defined in The Base. Where are we against the goal?
  3. We revisit the roadmap and baseline for the next phase, whenever that may be.
