Part Six – The Bloom: Cement and Celebrate Success #smb

Salesforce implementations are a big deal. Let’s celebrate our success!

After go-live we take a moment to reflect and celebrate. This time is called The Bloom. During The Bloom we give the work time to breathe and celebrate the accomplishment.

Here is how we spend our time post go-live:

  1. Celebrate! As a small or medium-sized business, taking the step to cement a new process is a win. Let’s do something fun together to recognize the people who put the time in to help.
  2. Support. We know there will be questions and bumps in the road after a go-live. We stick with the client team throughout this time to answer user questions, make bug fixes, and help with adoption.
  3. Cement. We don’t want to overwhelm the team with change by rushing to the next phase. During The Bloom, we take the time to cement the new foundational building block.
  4. Look forward. After a little time has passed, let’s start back at the top for phase 2.
